Our Story
The founding farm of the Gabari network

Good food shouldn't be a privilege
Gabari Greens started because every Canadian deserves access to fresh, nutrient-dense food — not just the ones who can afford $15 salads at fancy restaurants or rely on produce shipped from thousands of miles away.
Not a corporation. Not government-funded. Young Canadians building something real — working alongside food scientists to grow the highest quality microgreens possible, right here in Eastern Ontario.
The approach is simple: no cost-cutting on quality. No shortcuts in growing. No middlemen between you and your food. Every tray is seeded, grown, harvested, and delivered by people who care about what ends up on your plate.
Microgreens represent everything food should be — nutrient-dense (up to 40× more vitamins), fast-growing (7–10 days), sustainable (97% less water), and pesticide-free.
Gabari Greens is the founding farm of a growing network — and a proof of concept that small independent growers, working together, can reach more customers and keep more of every dollar than going it alone.
This is food independence. This is food the way it should be.
Our Values
People Over Profits
We price our greens to be accessible, not exclusive. Better nutrition shouldn't be a privilege.
Quality Without Compromise
We work with food scientists to optimize every growing variable. No shortcuts. Ever.
Community First
Building a grower network, not a supply chain. Your feedback shapes what the network grows.
Transparency Always
Ask us anything. Visit the farm. See how the founding growers work. We have nothing to hide.
