Trays move to our vertical racks under full-spectrum LED light tuned to each variety's ideal wavelengths. No pesticides — just light, water, and time.
Harvest & Pack
We harvest within hours of your order. Greens are cut at the cotyledon stage — when nutrient density peaks — and packed fresh in compostable containers.
Delivered Fresh
Your order arrives within 24 hours of harvest. We deliver across Ottawa and Eastern Ontario weekly. The greens are still alive when they reach your door.
